Contributions to IEEE Photonics Society Newsletter

In the latest article of the PS newsletter (Apr 2021), I share the latest updates from the Young Professionals Advisory Committee (YPAC) and the collaboration between Dragonfly Mental Health and IEEE Photonics Society to deliver impactful programs to the Society’s membership.

In this February 2021 issue of the PS newsletter that announces my appointment as the Associate Vice President for the Young Professionals, I share my vision for the YP segment of the membership, including the plans for the future during my 2021-23 term. Such a pleasure and privilege to be in this role and on the cover!

Also, ever so grateful for the opportunity and support to organise the inaugural Horizons of Optical, Photonics and Emerging Sciences (HOPES) series!

In this October 2020 issue, I discuss the contributions of the IEEE, as a professional body, and its role in supporting students and young professionals.

In this April 2019 issue, I am so happy to present the post-conference updates of the first British and Irish Conference on Optics and Photonics (BICOP) organised by the IEEE UK and Ireland Section Photonics Chapter. A grand success, with many more to come in the future!
